We do offer launch packages to suit your needs and we’d be happy to help you put your podcast together from the ground up. Please get in touch via email: hello@mypodcastproducer.com
Once payment is processed, you will receive a submission document outlining the steps to setup the shared folders with us. You can either use Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, or Pcloud.
The delivery timeline for our services are listed below;
- Podcast editing per episode = 72 hours
- Podcast show setup for startups = 7 days
- Podcast website design = 2-4 weeks
Delivery of your final audio in these timelines is dependent on receiving all necessary materials from you. All necessary recorded and written files must be submitted to our team before we can begin production on an episode. Turnaround time does not include weekends and public holidays.
You will communicate with our client manager through email when submitting and providing feedback on episodes.
60 minutess RAW audio file is basically the total time length per episode recording. For example, if your episode falls between ‘1 minute to 60 minutes’. You are charged as a 60 minutes RAW audio recording.

However, for urgent/fast delivery episodes it attracts an additional $30.

The Launch Package is designed for starters. If you want to start your podcast show and don’t know where to start. This package is for you. With this package, the MyPodcastProducer Team will guide you through it and also do the major set ups for you. From the planning of your podcast logo, intro/outro template, teaser episode, to the actualization and distribution to all streaming platforms. iTunes, Google Podcast, Spotify, Stitcher et.c will all sync your RSS from your hosting platform. Anyone from anywhere can listen!
Yes we have a royalty free package with an audio library which we will share with you. You can pick any sound of your choice and we will download and use it as required.
